*Chef En-Ming’s tip: If you don’t have small silicone ice cube trays, simply pour the cooled Sip! into two 9-inch x 13-inch pans or trays lined with plastic wrap. Freeze well. Invert the frozen Sip! onto a cutting board. Remove the plastic wrap and chop the Sip! into small pieces with a chef’s knife. Work quickly so the Sip! doesn’t melt. Store the pieces in a plastic zip bag in the freezer until ready to use.
